Actions Semiconductor Comments on Proposed Secondary Offering

ZHUHAI, China, Sept. 5 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Actions Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:ACTS) , one of China's leading fabless semiconductor companies that provides comprehensive mixed-signal system-on-a-chip (SoC) solutions for portable consumer electronics, today commented on the proposed secondary offering of 12,000,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) it announced on July 20, 2006. The Company and its selling shareholders are continually evaluating market conditions and will proceed with the offering at such time as they consider market conditions to be favourable.
